In CAPSiDE we offer technical support, professional services, training services for Opsview Enterprise and we are an active part of the development community. This strong collaboration role brings us a priviliged knowledge on the internals of the tool and give us major influence on the development roadmap. CAPSiDE uses Opsview internally to support all its system administration services.

It comes with a fully distributed, multi-tenant architecture out-of-the-box. Using the thousands of Nagios® plugins available Opsview can monitor virtually any device, system or software component.

The flexibility and customization of the services that we offer in CAPSiDE for the implementación is total. Our customer can select between different deployment model, from in-house implementation to full outsourced or intermediate models.
