SysAdmin On-DemandSysAdmin On-Demand

Companies often do not have on staff the technology expert to help them in the rational deployment of their systems or this person is not able to diagnose and fix a specific bug that is affecting critical systems preventing the normal development of the business. CAPSiDE proposes two types of specific services to remedy these problems:

  • Admin Pack: Through the procurement of a pack of established hours per month our clients can entrust us the tasks of system administration, performance audits on specific points, adjusting settings, troubleshooting, etc.
  • Admin On-demand: No need for any pre-contractual service in advance, the Admin On-Demand Service allow our customers to entrust us about specific tasks of system administration or troubleshooting. It excludes audit work or consulting.

In both options CAPSiDE's response times depend on the criticality of the request and the availability of engineers in the time required by the customer. CAPSiDE is committed in all cases to give the client the acceptance/rejection of the request and the estimated time to start working within 30 minutes.
